Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master, team lead or organizer, ideally in a support or service environment
- Practical experience in impediment management and operational service delivery
- Experience organizing and handling incidents and complaints
- Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
- Very good German (C1), good English
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools
