About the role

  • Scrum Master supporting an agile service team in a hybrid setting in Switzerland. Facilitating daily operations and collaborating with stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of an agile service team
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and assist with daily coordination
  • Identify, prioritize and track impediments
  • Maintain and improve Kanban boards and task pools
  • Organize peer-coaching formats and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Contribute to incident and complaint management
  • Plan and coordinate on-site deployments and special assignments
  • Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and adjacent teams

Requirements

  • Experience as a Scrum Master, team lead or organizer, ideally in a support or service environment
  • Practical experience in impediment management and operational service delivery
  • Experience organizing and handling incidents and complaints
  • Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
  • Very good German (C1), good English
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools
