Responsibilities
- Independently implement user stories including testing, acceptance with the business unit, and deployment
- Develop concepts and software architectures as well as design and implement business cases
- Analyze and refine requirements and capture them as user stories within a feature
- Operate and further develop stable, market-leading APIs within the BizDevOps team
- Ensure day-to-day operations and provide durable resolution of incidents and problems
- Contribute to the roadmap and actively participate in refinements in the agile team
Requirements
- Completed tertiary education (HF, FH, ETH, university, or equivalent) with professional experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Java 21 (backend and API focus)
- Experience with modern software architectures, especially REST APIs
- Extensive experience automating integration, deployment, and testing
- Familiarity with frameworks, tools, and databases: Spring Boot, Maven, Git, Helm, Tekton, OpenShift, ArgoCD, NewRelic, Splunk, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Experience with developer and collaboration tools such as IntelliJ, Bitbucket/Git, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory
- Affinity for clean-code development and best practices
- Eager to understand and solve partners' domain challenges
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in a DevOps setup, including possible on-call duties
- Fluent in German and English
