About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 12-15+ years in Broker Dealer, asset management, management consulting, or financial services, with a focus on client-facing roles and business growth.
- Minimum of an undergrad degree is required. MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- Deep understanding of at least one of the following key areas at an asset management firm: Investment operations, fund distribution, fund reporting, operations, FP&A, performance analytics, risk management, and pricing and valuation.
- Proven experience in leveraging analytics and digital solutions to address challenges in the asset management space.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
- Experience in fund distribution strategy, market research, and sales enablement within asset management. Familiarity with Generative AI applications and advanced analytics for the financial services industry.
