  • Responsible for handling customer queries in a hybrid executive role. Must have knowledge of GDS, refunds, and fares with good communication skills.

  • Interaction with clients through email for query resolution
  • Maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Be flexible and change ready in a dynamic work environment

Requirements

  • Must be graduate
  • Must have working knowledge on GDS (any)
  • Must have knowledge of working on GDS
  • Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing
  • Travel certification is required.
  • Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types
  • Good communication skills
  • Good Travel geographical knowledge
  • Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn.
  • Will have Interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working Relationships with customers.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change ready in a dynamic work environment.
