About the role

  • Assistant Vice President (AVP) managing supply chain and procurement operations for a BPO unit. Ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-client portfolio in the FAO Business BPO business Unit of EXL in India ~100 employees
  • Ensure noiseless delivery across the accounts, working closely with the onshore teams to support sales opportunities.
  • Move each of the delivery accounts towards Intelligent (a combination of leveraging AI, robotics, and analytics effectively).
  • Work on solutions, support sales teams, help expand and build current capability footprint.
  • Engage with various existing support teams (PE / Digital / Analytics) that will help us achieve the results.
  • Manage relationships with customers at the senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the operations to support decision-making.
  • Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery.
  • Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training.
  • Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met.
