About the role

  • Assistant Manager for Finance & Accounting overseeing AP processes and financial reporting for a client team. Requires expertise in AX Dynamics and proficiency in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing weekly / monthly reports or dashboards
  • Processing of all kinds of AP invoices received from the client
  • Experience on Payment processing
  • Knowledge on MS office and reporting
  • T&E process experience – T&E Policy Audit
  • Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end
  • Recognize and escalate urgent/sensitive issues to Manager
  • Monitoring team members to ensure SLA target are achieved
  • Vendor Management & Query Resolution

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of AP experience
  • Prior experience in AX Dynamics would be added advantage.
  • Mandarin language proficiency in Writing, Reading & speaking
