- Assistant Manager for Finance & Accounting overseeing AP processes and financial reporting for a client team. Requires expertise in AX Dynamics and proficiency in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Preparing weekly / monthly reports or dashboards
- Processing of all kinds of AP invoices received from the client
- Experience on Payment processing
- Knowledge on MS office and reporting
- T&E process experience – T&E Policy Audit
- Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end
- Recognize and escalate urgent/sensitive issues to Manager
- Monitoring team members to ensure SLA target are achieved
- Vendor Management & Query Resolution
Requirements
- 3-6 years of AP experience
- Prior experience in AX Dynamics would be added advantage.
- Mandarin language proficiency in Writing, Reading & speaking
