About the role

Responsibilities
- Work on business systems design and configuration, as well as upgrades and improvements for assigned technology platforms
- Act as a primary support contact for SAP application end-users
- Identify issues that arise in the application area and work to resolve them
- Perform impact analysis of desired changes and build and test systems changes
- Mentor junior analysts and support questions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
- Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
