Responsibilities
Architect and drive the evolution of Cloud (Azure) infrastructure for critical solutions, with real international business impact (24/7 support, 15,000 users, 41 countries).
Play a leading role in defining and optimizing DevOps processes: automation, CI/CD, security, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and access management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, business units, international vendors) and act as the technical reference in an agile, multicultural environment.
Proactively challenge technological choices and actively support the modernization and financial efficiency of the IT ecosystem (FinOps, hybrid cloud, business applications, CRM, Data Analytics, APIs, Middleware).
Manage strategic topics, lead the resolution of major incidents, and ensure platform performance and reliability.
Share and promote your DevOps expertise, encourage knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud infrastructure, ideally in a highly international context and with concurrent management of multiple vendors.
Strong command of Cloud environments (Azure, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, security, networking) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code), containerization (Kubernetes), monitoring and access management. Knowledge of FinOps and AIOps is a plus.
Solid experience with enterprise information systems: CRM, Analytics, APIs, middleware.
Proven experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), facilitation of workshops and tracking of KPIs.
Leadership, autonomy, team spirit, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German is a plus.
