About the role
- Experienced Salesforce Lead responsible for driving Salesforce projects from inception to delivery in the company's Salesforce Center of Excellence, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform functionality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
- Design and develop Salesforce applications, adhering to best practices and existing platform functionality.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Work with other developers and teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed for new and existing Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications using Force.com APIs (SOAP and REST).
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending best practices to enhance existing implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all Salesforce implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and delivery.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce Project Leadership/Management.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration.
- Experience in delivering CRM solutions using Service Cloud.
- Experience using Copado, Salesforce DX, and Code Builder.
- Experience in Data Cloud and Informatica Cloud IICS is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Automotive Cloud and Snowflake.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
