Responsibilities
As part of Agile Team (AT) 6, you will drive the integration and application of ICE propulsion systems into our eCoach
Responsible for defining functionalities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, documentation, verification, 3D CAD work, homologation, and more — in the context of the Next Gen Coach
Derive vehicle-level requirements and tasks as agreed user stories to describe the necessary development steps and design tasks
Monitor and control all described tasks; you will actively drive their development and design
Coordinate product/team interests at the product management level and take responsibility for conceptual and technical integrability into product features (holistic functional systems including their components and functions)
Consolidate and communicate customer requirements to the agile team
To a small extent, you will act as Scrum Master within the Agile Team to maintain the team’s ability to work and to sustain communication in the development process
Requirements
Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field
Several years of experience in electrical/electronic development or software development; experience with documentation and serial release processes for software scopes and control units
Experience applying agile development methods
Knowledge and experience with processes, tools, and legal/regulatory requirements for the development of electrical, electronic and mechatronic components, functions and systems for motor vehicles and for validating their maturity
Personal qualities: analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, teamwork, a sense of responsibility, confident presence and assertiveness. Strong communication skills and a high degree of self-reliance. Good German and English skills, spoken and written
