About the role

  • Manage the kitchen and snacking operations at Evian Resort's golf Academy. Ensure cleanliness, supplier orders, and staff catering logistics effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the kitchen (croque-monsieur, hot dogs, fries…)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and setting up the terrace
  • Placing supplier orders
  • Receiving deliveries
  • Monitoring invoicing
  • Inventory management
  • Administrative management and follow-up
  • Managing the staff canteen for the Academy
  • Cash handling / end-of-day cash reconciliation
  • Managing the Chalet at hole No. 11

Requirements

  • You hold a CAP in cooking or an equivalent qualification 🚀
  • Proficiency in English is recommended
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Proficiency with Infrasys and MC software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in all situations
  • A versatile customer-facing role requiring responsibility, autonomy, flexibility, organization, and a professional appearance.
