Responsibilities
Managing the kitchen (croque-monsieur, hot dogs, fries…)
Maintaining cleanliness and setting up the terrace
Placing supplier orders
Receiving deliveries
Monitoring invoicing
Inventory management
Administrative management and follow-up
Managing the staff canteen for the Academy
Cash handling / end-of-day cash reconciliation
Managing the Chalet at hole No. 11
Requirements
You hold a CAP in cooking or an equivalent qualification 🚀
Proficiency in English is recommended
Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)
Proficiency with Infrasys and MC software
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt in all situations
A versatile customer-facing role requiring responsibility, autonomy, flexibility, organization, and a professional appearance.
