Responsibilities
Contribute to the technical direction of the company’s products in collaboration with senior engineering management.
Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
Review existing and proposed architectures, identifying risks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Support teams in designing reliable, scalable, available and secure high-quality software solutions.
Help define, promote, and maintain architectural standards and best practices across multiple products and business units.
Ensure solutions meet all requirements for performance, security, scalability, modifiability, and extensibility.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and engineers.
Participate in architectural discussions and make recommendations related to improvements in processes, tooling, and engineering practices.
Support client-facing solution design, including technical input for proposals and presentations when needed.
Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external use.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8-10+ years of experience in software development or architecture-related roles.
Experience as an enterprise software architect, ideally within the iGaming industry.
Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, products, and technical challenges.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with multiple teams.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Curious, proactive, and motivated to explore and apply innovative technologies.
