About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical direction of the company’s products in collaboration with senior engineering management.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Review existing and proposed architectures, identifying risks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
- Support teams in designing reliable, scalable, available and secure high-quality software solutions.
- Help define, promote, and maintain architectural standards and best practices across multiple products and business units.
- Ensure solutions meet all requirements for performance, security, scalability, modifiability, and extensibility.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers and engineers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and make recommendations related to improvements in processes, tooling, and engineering practices.
- Support client-facing solution design, including technical input for proposals and presentations when needed.
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external use.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in software development or architecture-related roles.
- Experience as an enterprise software architect, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of iGaming platforms, products, and technical challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with multiple teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to explore and apply innovative technologies.
