Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Administer Linux-based production systems and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Operate Kafka and other messaging/streaming systems
- Set up monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery solutions
- Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with developers to improve deployments and system stability
- Maintain infrastructure and operational documentation
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
Requirements
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or system engineering
- Strong Linux/Unix and networking knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes
- Understanding of database administration and backup strategies
- Experience with Kafka or other message brokers
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Experience with high-availability or 24/7 systems is a plus
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty and occasional standby work
