About the role

• Software Engineer developing features for SaaS product MOCO at everii Group, collaborating closely with design and product teams for meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Feature development: Designing, implementing and rolling out new features for MOCO — from concept to deployment.
• Quality & testing: Automated tests, code reviews and continuous improvement of code quality and developer experience (DX).
• APIs & integrations: Enhancing our APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrating external services.
• Operations & monitoring: Ensuring stable, secure releases; troubleshooting across our CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Close cooperation with Design & Product — short feedback loops and data- and user-centered decision-making.

Requirements

• SaaS experience: Ideally, you have already worked on an established SaaS product.
• Stack fit: Solid programming experience in common languages — preferably Ruby (Rails) and JavaScript/TypeScript (e.g., React or Vue).
• Quality & pragmatism: Your code is maintainable and well-considered — not hacked together, with a healthy sense of pragmatism.
• Testing & CI: Comfortable with automated testing and continuous integration/delivery.
• API competence: Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• System basics: Basic knowledge of working with Linux servers and container-based setups.
• Curiosity & eagerness to learn: You enjoy continuous development and trying new technologies.
• Enthusiasm: Enjoyment of results and positive user feedback motivate you.
• Communication & team spirit: You express your views clearly, engage in constructive team discussions, and share responsibility for decisions.
• Languages: Very good German and English, both written and spoken.
