About the role

  • Trainee IT Specialist for System Integration supporting hospital IT operations and user assistance. Responsible for configuring systems, documenting processes, and collaborating on IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide user support as part of IT operations
  • Install, configure and maintain Windows clients, laptops and IT peripherals
  • User and rights management (e.g. Active Directory)
  • Assist with administration of server, network and infrastructure components
  • Participate in IT projects (e.g. rollouts, migrations, digitization)
  • Document IT systems, workflows and incidents
  • Gain insight into the IT operations of a hospital with high demands on availability and security

Requirements

  • Interest in IT systems, technology and technical contexts
  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g. Windows, hardware, networks) is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Team player with a responsible demeanor
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
