About the role
- Business Analyst role at Hospital Care focusing on improving healthcare operations and data management. Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements and data accuracy in SAP systems.
Responsibilities
- Register and update commercial rules and SAP master data in accordance with commercial agreements with health insurers, accurately and within established deadlines;
- Ensure that entered data is correct and complete, avoiding duplicates and inconsistencies;
- Assist in resolving issues related to registrations, responding to inquiries and correcting identified errors;
- Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing data and information as requested;
- Review and validate contracts before entering registration data into the system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields;
- Previous experience in the healthcare/hospital sector;
- Knowledge of the MV system is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days on-site per week);
- Reside in Sorocaba or in nearby, easily accessible areas.
