Responsibilities
- Understand business, technical, and operational processes and requirements related to Finance applications
- Provide user support, internal development team assistance, and on-call support

Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and AI applications
- Ability to work in a team; strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
