About the role
- Product Manager role overseeing SEPA payments and Client Portal, driving product vision, strategy, and delivery for ClearBank in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all things product for your product(s):
- Implementing your products’ visions and strategies.
- Proposition, business case, pricing and go-to-market, in conjunction with the Sales, Revenue and Communication teams.
- Owning and driving product delivery for ClearBank Europe, together with Engineering and Operations teams in a quarterly agile prioritisation cadence.
- Ensuring sound product governance and product risk management
- Working in a matrix organisation across Group and local EU departments.
- Partnering with your manager to set clear objectives and key performance indicators for your product and tracking progress quarterly.
Requirements
- A motivated and proactive mindset who wants to make a difference and play a key part in growing an exciting business.
- Proven experience in product management to manage and deliver payments or accounts products, preferably within a (challenger) bank, fintech, or payments ecosystem.
- Good understanding of banking regulations impacting payments and account offerings in Europe.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, contributing to the design and solution process.
- Experience with stakeholder management in a fast paced environment, while balancing competing demands.
- Ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous experience of working Agile.
