- Conduct demos and presentations of our software solutions
- Lead workshops for requirements analysis with customers
- Prepare concepts, specifications and business requirements for development
- Coordinate technical details with customers and partners — solution-oriented and reliable
- Work closely with ERP vendors and IT partners
- Support testing phases, go-lives and trainings
- Advise on software solutions and intralogistics processes
- Actively contribute to product development based on market requirements
Requirements
- Experience in logistics or intralogistics — ideally in a project environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems, in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Good technical understanding, especially of mobile devices (MDEs) and their integration
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation — in workshops, presentations and project support
- Enjoy working at the interface between technology and business
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) for customer projects (primarily in the DACH region — Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
