Responsibilities
- Develop systems and applications capable of learning and improving their performance through data and experience.
- Develop artificial intelligence systems that leverage large datasets to design and develop algorithms capable of learning and making predictions to drive business results.
- Design machine learning systems
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
- Run machine learning tests and experiments
- Perform statistical analyses and fine-tuning using test results.
- Train and retrain systems as needed
- Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
- Stay up to date with industry advances
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Academic background: Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Deep knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
- Ability to write production-quality code in Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Vertex AI
