Responsibilities
- Create persuasive messaging for different funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), including:
- Landing pages
- Emails (nurturing and sales)
- Video scripts
- Ads (Meta/Google/LinkedIn)
- WhatsApp copy
- Sequences and automations
- Product pages
- Headlines
- Conduct research on personas, needs, objections, and behavior;
- Build narratives that maximize:
- CTR
- CVR
- Engagement
- Revenue and LTV
- Master A/B testing and continuous optimization;
- Collaborate with squads (product, inbound, growth, media, design) to develop campaigns;
- Contribute to crafting product promises, angles, and offers;
- Translate complex data into clear, value-oriented arguments;
- Define and standardize language and tone guidelines;
- Create messages consistent and coherent with the brand's positioning;
- Optimize existing content (refinement, positioning, headlines, CTAs, etc.);
- Map audience objections and work on social proof elements (testimonials, data, case studies);
- Support the development of narratives for pitch decks, presentations, and launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conversion-focused copywriting;
- Measurable track record of impact on metrics (e.g., CTR, CVR, leads, MQLs, sales);
- Strong understanding of funnel and customer journey;
- Solid experience launching and optimizing pages and campaigns;
- Ability to write with focus on:
- Psychological triggers
- Storytelling
- Promise, offer, and differentiation
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (RD Station, HubSpot, Google Analytics, heatmaps, etc.);
- Experience with A/B testing;
- Portfolio featuring conversion-focused pieces (not only creative or advertising copy).
