About the role

  • Customer Success Representative delivering world class service to Medical Devices customers and Field Sales Agents. Handling inquiries, processing requests, and maintaining cases in Salesforce for effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing world class customer service to Medical Devices customers and Field Sales Agents
  • Timely and successful handling of inbound calls and electronic inquiries
  • Maintain positive & productive customer centric relationships
  • Process requests from customers and sales teams including orders, returns, and inquiries
  • Create and maintain cases in Salesforce for all service-related activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Customer Service experience (preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience or Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP strongly recommended
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required. Other languages are a plus
  • High School Diploma. Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
