About the role

Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Comfortable scoping work, prioritizing tasks, and delivering measurable outcomes.

- AI Implementation: Design and deploy Agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive financial processes (e.g., reconciliation, reporting).

- Internal Upskilling: Share best practices and help teammates adopt AI tools in their workflows.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in Data, Fintech, or Technical Analytics roles.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python or SQL.
- Comfortable working with APIs and automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g.Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is a strong plus.
- A solid grasp of financial concepts (e.g., P&L, transaction flows, reporting).
