About the role
- Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist role focused on providing therapy services to adult patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to adult patients including evaluation, treatment, education, and consultation
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes
- Complete documentation, billing, and scheduling management for a full caseload
- Supervise support staff and participate in patient care as needed
- Participate in department or therapy discipline committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree , or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
- Current state licensure as Occupational Therapist
- Current physical therapy license in the state performing services
- Completion of Herman & Wallace Level I certification, or an alternative advanced training approved by Essentia Health leadership
- Experience in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
