About the role

  • Lead Learning Architect designing learning solutions aligning with Resideo's goals. Drive talent development and organizational performance in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architectural design of talent solutions for global Resideo Employees.
  • Define scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions that span Talent Management and Talent Development.
  • Implement and support complex LMS environments, design with talent management solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience in Instructional Design, Learning and Development or Talent Development including expertise in Articulate and SharePoint
  • 5 years in leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning, Program and Project Management, and understanding of talent ecosystems.
