Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aquatic sciences, engineering, geology, chemistry, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of consulting experience with CERCLA-style state and federal sediment site investigation and remediation projects.
- Proven project management expertise and ability to lead multi-person teams.
- Strong “seller/doer” track record—proposal writing, winning projects, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills.
- Advanced knowledge of sediment regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
