About the role
- Content & Video Editor creating engaging video formats for Ergotopia's various platforms. Responsible for full production and collaboration with brands to enhance marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Production of audience-relevant video formats for YouTube, social media, app, ads and other channels – from concept to publication
- Responsible for camera, lighting and sound on shoots
- Handling the entire editing process including sound design, color grading, animations and voice-over
- Creating click-driving thumbnails, testing visual variants in A/B tests and continuously optimizing based on relevant KPIs
- Monitoring relevant video trends and translating them into creative formats
- Close collaboration on major video projects with Brand, Design and other teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in film or media design, or a degree in media studies, film & television, or a related field
- Alternatively, strong practical experience as a self-starter
- A personal interest in fitness and a health-conscious lifestyle is a plus
- Solid professional experience in production and post-production of video content – ideally in a marketing or agency environment
- Confident use of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects and Audition
- Knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups and audio
- Goal-oriented, fast and quality-conscious working style with a strong eye for storytelling, timing and visual impact
- Strong hands-on mentality and a genuine can-do attitude
- Languages: German at native level, good English skills
- Driver's license (Class B) for external shoots
