About the role

• Product Manager managing Individual Annuity Product Solutions at Equitable. Overseeing implementation, approvals, and project coordination for Financial product innovations in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of changes to annuity product forms, including eDox
• Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting, exclusive of large case Retail exceptions
• Oversee the review and approval of Marketing Materials, Sales Ideas, and Presentations
• Participate in the yearly Prospectus review process
• Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed
• Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of Individual Retirement to support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation
• Clear communication of status, milestones and deliverables across all projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
• 3 years+ of relevant experience
• Understanding of annuity products
• Knowledge of Individual Retirement products in the inforce block
• Established project management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excels at multi-tasking and working in a team environment
• Enjoys and is efficient at attention to detail in a fast-paced, heavy volume environment
