About the role

  • Project Manager executing capital maintenance and OPEX projects within EQT's Midstream organization. Responsible for project planning, coordination, and successful implementation in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of capital maintenance projects across the midstream asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and corporate objectives.
  • Plan and execute OPEX projects, many of which arise reactively and require rapid response and flexibility.
  • Oversee project lifecycle from concept through closeout, including feasibility studies, scope development, cost estimating, permitting, scheduling, construction management, on-site inspection, and final documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams, contractors, engineering firms, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes throughout project execution.
  • Manages the work of contractors, inspectors and internal personnel to meet safety, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Assists others in ensuring all work complies with EQT Design & Construction Standards and applicable Federal and environmental regulations.
  • Assists in the development of project plans with emphasis on constructability, schedule, and costs. Work with EQT Land, Permitting, Environmental, Procurement and Engineering teams.
  • Assists others in completing Management reports including weekly work reports and CapEx forecasting.
  • Works with others to create and maintain project specific documentation during & following completion of the job.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years’ experience within the project management space.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to contribute in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and effective application of software programs.
  • Ability to think analytically and solve moderately complex problems.
  • Construction management and organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible with working conditions and job locations.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% of time to field locations within Greene County PA, NCWV, and eastern Ohio, with flexible work hours inclusive of weekends and holidays.
