About the role

  • Engineering Manager for the CRM team at Epidemic Sound, leading Salesforce projects and managing a high-performing team. Collaborate with Sales and Finance for strategic alignment while ensuring system integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM systems specialists, managing capacity and resource allocation.
  • Accountable for the execution and quality of all CRM projects, including integrations, upgrades, and the RLM Implementation Program.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales and Finance to define project scopes, timelines, and business alignment.
  • Ensure the team maintains appropriate best practices for CRM systems management, ownership, and security of Salesforce.
  • Act as an ambassador for Epidemic Sound’s values, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a CRM leadership role, specifically managing Salesforce systems and complex implementation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams while managing recruitment and performance feedback.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience aligning technical roadmaps with Sales and Finance objectives.
  • High accountability for system reliability and security within a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration and psychological safety within a team.
