About the role
- Business Analyst driving data-driven decisions and analytics infrastructure for envelio’s strategies and operations. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance data products and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- You will develop our central analytics data foundation further, integrate data from various sources, and design a structured, documented, and scalable data architecture
- Together with the Business Analytics team, you will monitor and improve our data pipelines, dbt models, and documentation to ensure high data quality
- You will conduct structured, impact-oriented analyses, e.g., to support strategic projects like internationalization or to provide the basis for management decisions
- You will act as an analytics partner for various business units — translating business requirements into data models and KPIs and deriving actionable insights
- You will design and maintain Tableau dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and promote best practices in data usage across the company
- You will contribute your own ideas on how to further develop our analytics processes and data governance to strengthen Business Analytics as a central steering function
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or comparable data-driven roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling (preferably with dbt)
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or similar reporting platforms
- Analytical thinking, a hands-on mentality, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English
