- Experience implementing UI from design systems or Figma mockups
- Experience debugging and supporting production systems
- Experience breaking down complex problems into maintainable solutions
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and designers
- Experience mentoring engineers and participating in code reviews
- Experience working within and incrementally modernizing existing systems
- Comfort incorporating AI-assisted development tools into day-to-day engineering workflows (coding, testing, debugging, or documentation)
