About the role

• Junior Civil Engineer focusing on designing and developing railway infrastructure projects in São Paulo. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to produce quality engineering solutions for construction tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on the development of infrastructure designs, with a focus on railway geometry and earthworks (may also support road and urban street projects), contributing to the preparation of technical solutions and digital modelling.
• The professional is expected to apply basic engineering knowledge to support the team, ensuring project quality and compliance with standards while developing technical skills and autonomy.
• Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to contribute to project efficiency and quality and participate in the development of geometry and earthworks designs;
• Standardize, organize and update drawing sheets and project files, as well as produce plans, profiles, cross-sections and construction details;
• Perform checking, finishing and quantity take-offs for projects/documents;
• Prepare calculation reports and geometric models and surfaces using corridors in Civil 3D and other software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
• Experience in large railway infrastructure projects;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Windows and internet tools;
• Knowledge of English or Spanish is a plus;
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and BIM methodology;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating good communication skills;

• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively and in a timely manner, set priorities and meet deadlines.
