Requirements

- Strong preference for 2+ years of experience in contract management, commercial analysis, compliance, insolvency, restructuring, creditor advisory, or a related field
- Experience reviewing and supporting commercial contracts, including contract execution, obligation tracking, compliance monitoring, and performance management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
