About the role

  • Engenheiro de Novos Negócios responsible for high-level project prospecting at Enerwatt Engenharia. Engaging with major clients and managing complex contract negotiations in engineering.

Responsibilities

  • High-Level Prospecting: Act as a consultative hunter, mapping and reaching decision-makers at strategic clients and creating opportunities even before the BID.
  • End-to-End Management: Lead the process from tender analysis through detailed pricing (costs/inputs) to contract closing and contract management.
  • Strategic Budgeting: Perform sourcing of inputs, tax analysis and margin definition to ensure the economic viability of large-scale construction projects.
  • Complex Negotiation: Negotiate technical and commercial terms of Turnkey and Lump-Sum/EPC contracts with major industry players.
  • Internal Interface: Coordinate requests with Planning and Engineering teams, ensuring speed and accuracy in proposals.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
  • Practical experience on construction sites (civil or electromechanical) — indispensable for accurate cost estimation.
  • Proven experience in selling and pricing Turnkey/EPC contracts.
  • Hands-on profile: ability to carry out technical surveys and quotations autonomously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management (internal teams and clients).
  • Availability to travel required.
