About the role
- Video Producer developing and producing in-app video formats for a digital health startup focused on women's health. Collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality educational content.
Responsibilities
- Du entwickelst Videoformate für unsere DiGA (In-App Content, Lern- und Übungsformate)
- Du konzipierst und produzierst Videos von der Idee bis zur fertigen Umsetzung
- Du trägst die redaktionelle Verantwortung von der Idee über Fachrecherche, Skript und Dramaturgie bis zur finalen Umsetzung, sowie der gelegentlichen Begleitung von Videodrehs vor Ort (in der Regel in Berlin)
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Science-, Produkt-, und Marketing-Teams zusammen, um Inhalte fachlich korrekt, verständlich und zielgruppennah aufzubereiten.
- Du unterstützt das Produktionsmanagement rund um Videoproduktionen (Planung, Abstimmung, Qualitätskontrolle)
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Video-Produktion – idealerweise für erklärende / wissensbasierte Formate.
- Erfahrung in der Formatentwicklung
- Sehr gutes Gespür für Storytelling, Dramaturgie und klare Bildsprache .
- Interesse an Frauengesundheit / Digital Health oder die Motivation, dich in medizinische Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Sicherheit im redaktionellen Entscheiden, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hoher Qualitätsanspruch.
