About the role

  • Design and implement dynamic, personalized web experiences that adapt in real-time based on user behavior, traffic source, and engagement patterns to maximize conversion throughout the funnel
  • Build sophisticated attribution and tracking systems that capture micro-conversions and behavioral signals, uncovering optimization opportunities others miss
  • Analyze CRM, product usage, and behavioral data to identify drop-off points, then engineer targeted projects that improve pipeline velocity
  • Improve predictive scoring models and intelligent content routing that delivers the right messaging to the right prospect at the right time
  • Create interactive product demos, applications using React that qualify leads while providing genuine value to prospects
  • Engineer A/B testing frameworks and platform analytics pipelines that enable rapid experimentation across the entire growth stack
  • Build integrations between marketing tools, CRM systems, and our data warehouse to create a unified view of our customer journeys and enable sophisticated multi-touch attribution

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field with demonstrable projects showcasing both technical depth and business acumen through internships or entrepreneurial ventures
  • You bring proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and exposure to modern front-end frameworks through coursework, personal projects, or internships
  • You have strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality work and demonstrating ownership of projects from inception to completion
  • You understand web fundamentals including performance optimization principles and have used modern CMS platforms
  • You're eager to expand your skills in Python and SQL for data analysis, with basic understanding of how to query databases and manipulate data to derive insights
  • You're comfortable with AI-powered development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot and have a strong appetite for using them to ship code faster - viewing these tools as essential accelerators for modern engineering
  • You excel at first-principles thinking, breaking down complex funnels into constituent parts to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for technical intervention
