Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end learning programs and courses that align with the College’s strategic priorities
- Conduct labour market research and job task analysis
- Ensure curriculum is inclusive, culturally responsive, and adaptable to evolving labour market needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, media specialists, and operational staff
- Lead curriculum design and support professional learning for instructors and program teams
- Model professionalism, adaptability, and service-oriented collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in instructional design and/or Competency-Based education program development
- Ability to lead curriculum projects and produce strategic, high-quality deliverables aligned with institutional priorities
- Experience mentoring others in instructional design
- Background in applied, modular, or performance-based learning
- Experience in teaching or developing skills-based programs
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, modular curriculum architecture, or consulting in post-secondary or training organizations
