About the role

  • Develop end-to-end learning programs and courses that align with the College’s strategic priorities
  • Conduct labour market research and job task analysis
  • Ensure curriculum is inclusive, culturally responsive, and adaptable to evolving labour market needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, media specialists, and operational staff
  • Lead curriculum design and support professional learning for instructors and program teams
  • Model professionalism, adaptability, and service-oriented collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in instructional design and/or Competency-Based education program development
  • Ability to lead curriculum projects and produce strategic, high-quality deliverables aligned with institutional priorities
  • Experience mentoring others in instructional design
  • Background in applied, modular, or performance-based learning
  • Experience in teaching or developing skills-based programs
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, modular curriculum architecture, or consulting in post-secondary or training organizations
