About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist professional (PRO) customers in-store
  • Propose services tailored to the needs of professional customers
  • Handle sales and prepare quotes
  • Provide after-sales service
  • Actively support the professional customer loyalty program
  • Take part in events aimed at professional customers
  • Monitor performance indicators and contribute to performance optimization
  • Promote and communicate the professional customer strategy to colleagues
  • Promote and raise visibility of the PRO program
  • Ensure high-quality self-service offerings

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and curiosity about the professional market
  • Proven experience working with professional customers
  • Strong interest in retail and sales
  • Passion for serving others and strong customer service orientation
  • Rigour and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
