- Prepare draft ISA documents, reservations and purchase requisitions.

- Monitor deadlines with responsible areas to ensure demand fulfillment.
- Support analyses of supply versus demand and material availability.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports in Business Intelligence (BI).
- Keep systems, files and controls up to date, ensuring compliance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP ERP – MM module (Materials Management).
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards and management analyses.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, with technical writing ability.
- Knowledge of materials planning processes, logistics and inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
- Active professional council registration.
