About the role
- Product Engineer providing expertise for software used in Emerson's AMS portfolio. Working with customers to diagnose issues and enhance products in industrial automation.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with customers and global product support staff to diagnose issues

Requirements
- Experience with software troubleshooting and support
- Knowledge of industrial network architecture and communication protocols used in industrial automation and telemetry applications
- Network skills, database applications, knowledge with virtual machines, web-based applications

- Ability in resolving system issues in a production environment
