About the role

  • As an IT Business Systems Analyst, ensure global operations achieve service level goals through customer support. Participate in Agile ceremonies, unit testing, and Oracle system enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing updates on unit testing, documentation, interface work, and Oracle HCM/EBS configurations.
  • Perform unit testing to validate functionality, ensure quality, and support defect resolution.
  • Assist with implementing customer functionality by supporting requirements‑gathering activities and contributing to technical design specifications
  • Support Oracle HCM to EBS interface enhancements, with a focus on integration improvements and data accuracy.
  • Partner with organizational points of contact to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a Shared Services industry, preferably with a focus on payroll applications, systems, and HR processes.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to work on night shift schedule.
