About the role

  • Finance professional leading FP&A for PRM Business Unit in Pune, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for decision-making. Collaborating with teams for budget and forecast management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Financial reporting process, ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, meeting reporting deadlines and explaining variations.
  • Support on Annual Budgets, mid-year reviews and forecast processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations such as Management pack, POR slides to BU Leadership teams.
  • Support on Orders POR process, analyze actual vs POR, identify drivers & commentaries
  • Drive inventory analysis and ownership of Trade working capital (TWC)
  • Support on CAPEX actual vs POR analysis and commentaries
  • Drive Process improvement and Automation Projects to create efficiency
  • Statutory audit support and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and work as a Finance business partner
  • Drive annual performance and team development planning
  • Support on interviews and onboarding of new members
  • Continuous development and research of accounting principles and practices including IFRS.
  • Support in Ad-hoc requests

Requirements

  • Finance Professional with 7+ years of work experience in FP&A Domain
  • Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
  • Creative and Analytical thinking ability and Leadership skills
  • Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
  • Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • System Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management
  • Knowledge of Project Cost Accounting will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Power BI or related presentation tools
