About the role
- PTA / PKA acting as an Online Editor for APOTHEKE ADHOC, a leading digital news portal in Germany. Reporting on pharmacy topics and engaging with the pharmaceutical community.
Responsibilities
- Current reporting on pharmacy topics (medicines/advice/compounding) and everyday pharmacy life
- Participation in daily editorial meetings and ongoing collaboration with colleagues from the editorial team and other departments
- End-to-end responsibility for your own content: from topic identification through selecting and producing the appropriate format (text, video, reel, podcast, etc.) to distribution, always in close coordination with the editorial leadership
- Building and maintaining your own network of contacts in pharmacies and the pharmaceutical industry
- Attendance at press conferences, congresses and other events, joint company visits, etc.
Requirements
- Qualifications: You have successfully completed training as a PTA or PKA, or you hold a degree in pharmacy.
- Experience: You have already gained initial experience working in a pharmacy or a comparable environment.
- Knowledge: You have broad subject-matter expertise in pharmacy and everyday pharmacy operations and possess strong German language skills. You also have a keen interest in writing and journalism.
- Skills: Pharmaceutical topics excite you daily; you are naturally curious and enjoy getting to the bottom of things. You are interested in writing, media and journalism, are creative, and have an affinity for digital content and social media.
- Personality: You work carefully and independently, are a team player, and are sociable and communicative.
