About the role
- Pre-Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health providing services in a hybrid setting. Focused on employee well-being and client-centered care with varied clinical supervision opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
- Full time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired)
- Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
- Participation in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Actively working toward licensure
- Clinical experience of no less than 1-year postgraduate
- Some knowledge of conducting individual therapy
