About the role
- AI Application Architect creating architectural solutions for enterprise AI platforms. Engaging in hands-on exploration and mentoring within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Creates architectural solutions articulating business context, design, and component-level logical design
- Contributes to enterprise-wide AI architecture strategy and defining state of AI platforms
- Drives hands-on exploration through POCs validating AI frameworks and scalable architectures
- Evaluates emerging AI tools for strategic value and provides recommendations
- Architects enterprise-scale RAG, vector indexing, and model-serving architectures
- Ensures AI solutions adhere to enterprise standards, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Mentors architects and engineers fostering innovation and technical exploration
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture/design in relevant technology disciplines
- Expert-level understanding of AI architecture, LLM systems, and ML Ops platforms preferred
- Hands-on experience in architecting enterprise-scale AI systems
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector indexing strategies preferred
- Ability to compare and select COTS AI platforms and open-source frameworks preferred
- Thought leadership in AI adoption and enterprise AI governance preferred
