Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and recommendations for initiatives and projects developed in response to clients overall objectives and needs
- Negotiate and manage client contracts

- Ensure that all client contracts clearly document key deal terms and adhere to applicable laws
Requirements
- JD and current license to practice law
- Minimum of 3 years of specific industry and/or technical legal experience post licensure
- Prior experience in negotiating complex, high-value health plan contracts and services arrangements preferred
- Experience with legal operations at a large organization preferred
- Experience implementing and overseeing the use of contract management software preferred
