Responsibilities
Conduct performance analyses to measure the success of hybrid products (OOH + TV + Digital) and commercial campaigns.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and opportunities to expand into new markets.
Identify prioritization opportunities across industries, seasonality, segments and company types.
Analyze the competitive landscape and SMB media investments to inform market positioning.
Turn data into insights for the Commercial and Product teams.
Collect, preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data from the Aqui Ads platform and external sources.
Develop and maintain visualization dashboards (using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Metabase) to monitor growth KPIs and executive dashboards, applying Data Storytelling techniques for the executive team.
Requirements
Strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, statistics or related fields applied to business.
Data-driven mindset and ability to translate complex analyses into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and BI platforms.
Advanced proficiency with Business Intelligence tools and Excel.
Knowledge of query and programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and GA4.
