Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process from qualified lead to closed deal
Run online demos and meetings with decision-makers
Understand customer needs and position Eletive as the best solution
Build strong relationships with HR leaders and C-level stakeholders
Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing on pipeline generation
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
Work strategically to grow and develop the Dutch market
Contribute insights to improve sales processes and messaging.
Requirements
Speak and write Dutch fluently (native or near-native level)
Are comfortable working in English
Have experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or HR-tech
Are used to managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Are curious and not afraid to try new things or challenge existing ways of working
Enjoy consultative selling and understanding customer needs
Work in a goal-oriented, structured, and self-driven way
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bonus if you have:
Experience selling to HR or People & Culture teams
Worked with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
Experience from scale-up environments.
