About the role
- AI Solution Architect leading technical architecture development for EisnerAI Platform at EisnerAmper. Designing seamless integrations across AI, data management, and governance layers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Application layers
- Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents
- Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce
- Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- Master's degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus)
- 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture role
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and the broader Azure AI services ecosystem
- Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
- Experience implementing Azure AI Search, including vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining use cases
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and machine learning model development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
